Similarly as CEO of NCCI, Mr. Hager had ultimate responsibility to assure ongoing antitrust compliance for that organization. NCCI lawfully established proposed rates on behalf of insurer/competitors ($16 billion of proposed rates annually). As such, antitrust compliance was a major responsibility for Mr. Hager.
